1. Local Shipping Policy

  1. Smart Jewellery Deals currently offers free delivery on all orders within South Africa.
  2. Please note that your ordered items will only be sent for delivery once the amount paid has cleared in our account.
  3. Orders are processed within 7-14 days.
  4. All orders are shipped discreetly and are insured throughout the stages of delivery until they reach you.
  5. We unfortunately can not send to a PO Box, please provide us with a physical address where you can receive your ordered items.

2. Shipping Company

  • All our local shipping and deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy (an express courier service in South Africa)
  • We have partnered up with the Courier Guy to ship anywhere in South Africa, therefore their terms and conditions applies to shipping within our borders.
  • The Courier Guy will deliver your purchased item(s) to the address you provided on checkout. Upon delivery, they will therefore require a signature from the receiver to confirm that you have received your goods.
  • Should you not be available when the courier attempts delivery they will attempt a second delivery. Should the second attempt also not be successful the parcel will be returned to us and the client will be responsible for the cost of sending a second time.
  • Note: deliveries take place on working days only. Weekends are not included.
  • Upon delivery of the goods, you must inspect the goods. If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when an order is received, please contact us within 24 (twenty-four) hours.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • We always do our best to estimate precise delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information, use the tracking information in your email confirmation to track your package online.
  • Disclaimer -kindly note that shipping might take longer than usual over public holidays and festive seasons.

4. Damages

  • SMART JEWELLERY DEALS will not be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping after the goods have been sent by us to you via Courier.
  • If you received your ordered goods damaged, please report it within 24 (twenty-four) hours to: info@smartjewellerydeals.co.za

5. Delayed Delivery

  • Smart Jewellery Deals will not be held responsible for any delays in receiving your goods which may occur after the goods have been sent by us to your chosen address via courier.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to high demand during the holiday season.

6. Track my Order

7. International Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping outside of South Africa can be arranged upon special request and discussion. 
  2. Email us at – logistics@smartjewellerydeals.co.za for international shipping arrangement together with a list of products you would like and we’ll get back to you.
  3. Custom Taxes & Delays
    1. In the event of international shipping, SMART JEWELLERY DEALS will not be responsible for any extra charges that might arise at the destination country due to custom, duties, etc.
    2. Smart Jewellery Deals will not be held liable for any delays in receiving your goods which may occur after the goods have been sent by us to your country via Courier.
